These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Wedcreator, including photography, digital wedding albums, digital displays, equipment rental, printing, wedding products, design services and other related services.
By making a booking, making payment, accepting a quotation, or using any Wedcreator service, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT WEDCREATOR
Wedcreator provides wedding photography, digital wedding albums, digital displays, rental equipment, printing, design and related wedding services.
Depending on the service, Wedcreator may work with photographers, freelancers, suppliers, delivery providers, printing companies, technology providers and other third-party service providers.
2. BOOKINGS
A booking is considered confirmed only when Wedcreator has accepted the booking and received the required payment or deposit.
A quotation, enquiry or discussion does not by itself guarantee availability.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Name and contact details
- Event or wedding date
- Venue and location
- Event timing
- Services or package selected
- Delivery or collection information
- Any other information reasonably required to provide the service
Wedcreator may rely on the information provided by the customer when preparing and delivering the service.
3. PAYMENT
The price and payment requirements for the selected service will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of booking.
Wedcreator may require a deposit, security deposit and/or full payment before the booking is confirmed.
Any outstanding balance must be paid by the agreed deadline.
If payment is not received by the required deadline, Wedcreator may suspend or cancel the booking.
Wedcreator may withhold delivery of products, digital files, equipment or other services until outstanding payments have been received.
Additional charges may apply for services or requests outside the original booking, including additional hours, additional photographs, additional editing, additional products, delivery, installation, collection, transportation, venue requirements or other services requested by the customer.
4. SECURITY DEPOSITS
Certain rental services may require a security deposit.
The security deposit is intended to protect Wedcreator against loss, damage, misuse or other costs relating to rental equipment.
The deposit may be returned after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, subject to the terms of the particular rental.
Wedcreator may retain or deduct from the deposit amounts reasonably required to cover damage, loss, missing items, misuse, excessive cleaning or other costs beyond normal wear and tear.
If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the security deposit, the customer may be required to pay the remaining amount.
5. RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Where Wedcreator provides rental equipment, including but not limited to tablets, digital displays, kiosks, stands, printers, lighting, cables, accessories or other equipment, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment throughout the rental period.
The equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, allowing for normal wear and tear resulting from reasonable use.
Normal wear and tear will not normally result in an additional charge.
However, damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in the forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit and/or an additional payment.
This may include damage caused by:
- Dropping or knocking equipment over
- Water or liquid damage
- Physical impact
- Improper handling
- Tampering
- Unauthorised modification
- Deliberate or negligent damage
- Loss of equipment or accessories
- Failure to follow reasonable operating instructions
- Use of equipment in an unsafe manner
If equipment is damaged during the rental period, the customer should notify Wedcreator as soon as reasonably possible.
Wedcreator may assess the equipment after its return.
Where repair is reasonably possible, the customer may be charged for the reasonable repair cost.
Where equipment cannot reasonably be repaired or is lost, the customer may be charged for its reasonable replacement cost.
The customer will not normally be charged for ordinary deterioration resulting from reasonable use.
All rental equipment remains the property of Wedcreator unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT
The customer is responsible for the equipment while it is under the customer’s possession, control or supervision during the agreed rental period.
The customer must not:
- Dismantle equipment unnecessarily
- Modify the equipment
- Attempt unauthorised repairs
- Remove identification labels or security features
- Allow unauthorised persons to intentionally tamper with the equipment
- Use equipment for purposes for which it was not supplied
- Expose equipment to unreasonable environmental conditions
- Connect incompatible equipment or accessories where doing so may cause damage
Wedcreator may provide operating instructions where appropriate.
The customer is responsible for following reasonable instructions provided by Wedcreator.
7. DELIVERY, COLLECTION AND INSTALLATION
Where delivery, collection or installation is included in the service, the applicable arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
The customer must provide accurate delivery information and ensure reasonable access to the venue or location.
The customer is responsible for informing Wedcreator of relevant venue restrictions, access restrictions, loading areas, parking requirements, lift restrictions and other relevant conditions.
Additional delivery, collection, transportation, parking, installation or waiting charges may apply where these costs arise outside the original agreement.
Where equipment is collected from the customer, the customer must make the equipment available at the agreed collection time.
8. VENUE AND EVENT REQUIREMENTS

9. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
Wedcreator provides photography services using professional equipment and creative judgement.

The photographer’s creative judgement will generally determine composition, positioning, editing and final image selection unless specific requirements have been agreed in writing.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY HOURS
Where a photography package includes a specified number of hours, the agreed service period will apply.
Additional photography time may be available subject to photographer availability and may incur additional charges.
If the event starts late due to circumstances outside Wedcreator’s control, the agreed photography period may still apply.
Wedcreator is not responsible for lost photography time caused by customer or venue delays.
11. PHOTOGRAPH DELIVERY
Photographs may be delivered through an online gallery, digital album, download link, storage system or another agreed method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the service purchased.
Any stated delivery timeframe is an estimated timeframe unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Where the customer is required to select photographs, provide information or approve a design, delays caused by the customer may extend the delivery timeframe.
Customers are encouraged to download and maintain their own backup copies of important photographs.

- Digital album creation
- Printing

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide those photographs to Wedcreator for the requested purpose.
Customer-supplied photographs will be used for the service requested.
Wedcreator will not use personally supplied photographs for advertising, social media or portfolio purposes simply because the customer provided them for album creation.
If Wedcreator wishes to use a personally supplied photograph for promotional purposes, we will seek permission.
14. PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY WEDCREATOR

18. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
The customer is responsible for photographs, music, text, logos, graphics and other materials supplied to Wedcreator.
The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use and provide such materials.
Wedcreator is not responsible for claims arising from the customer’s unauthorised use or supply of third-party content.

Wedcreator cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where a service depends on third-party networks or platforms.

Where reasonably possible, Wedcreator will take steps to restore or continue the service.
23. EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL FAILURE
Wedcreator takes reasonable steps to maintain its equipment and technology.
However, electronic and mechanical equipment can occasionally fail.
This may include cameras, computers, printers, displays, tablets, kiosks, storage devices, cables or other equipment.

The applicable cancellation terms may depend on the service booked.
Where applicable, Wedcreator will communicate the cancellation and refund conditions before or at the time of booking.
26. RESCHEDULING
Requests to change an event or photography date should be made as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If the requested replacement date is unavailable, Wedcreator may treat the request as a cancellation under the applicable cancellation terms.
