At Wedcreator, we value your privacy and the trust you place in us to capture and preserve your special moments.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information and photographs when you use our photography, digital wedding album and related services.
By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the services you use, Wedcreator may collect your name, email address, telephone number, wedding or event details, booking and service information, payment and transaction information where required, photographs and videos taken by Wedcreator photographers, photographs personally supplied by you for your album, and information you provide when contacting or communicating with us.
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide and manage our services.
2. PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY WEDCREATOR
Wedcreator provides professional photography services.
When you engage us to photograph your wedding, pre wedding session, event or other occasion, our photographers may take photographs and videos of you and your guests.
These photographs may be edited and processed, used to create your digital or physical album, stored for the purpose of providing our services, delivered to you through our agreed method, and used to demonstrate our photography work, subject to your privacy choice described below.
3. PHOTOGRAPHS YOU PROVIDE TO US
You may provide your own personal photographs to Wedcreator for purposes such as creating a digital wedding album, designing an album, printing photographs, or creating other wedding products or services.
Personal photographs that you provide to us are treated differently from photographs taken by Wedcreator.
We use your personal photographs for the service you have requested.
We will not use your personally supplied photographs for our advertising, social media or portfolio simply because you provided them to us for album creation.
If we would like to use a personal photograph supplied by you for promotional purposes, we will seek your permission.
4. USING PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY WEDCREATOR FOR OUR PORTFOLIO
Because Wedcreator is also a photography business, we may use photographs taken by our photographers to showcase the quality and style of our work.
Photographs may appear on the Wedcreator website, our photography portfolio, Instagram and Facebook, other Wedcreator social media pages, online advertisements, promotional materials, wedding photography showcases and other online marketing channels operated by Wedcreator.
WANT YOUR PHOTOS TO REMAIN COMPLETELY PRIVATE?
That’s absolutely fine.
If you do not want photographs taken by Wedcreator to be featured online, in our portfolio, social media or advertising, simply let us know.
We will respect your request and keep your photographs private.
You can tell us at the time of booking, before your photography session, or contact us afterwards regarding future use.
Your decision not to have your photographs featured will not affect the photography or digital album services you receive from us.
Where consent has been withdrawn before publication, we will cease future use where required under applicable law.
5. HOW WE USE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs taken by Wedcreator may be used to provide the photography service you purchased, edit and process your photographs, create your wedding or digital album, produce prints and other photographic products, maintain records of the services provided, showcase Wedcreator’s photography work unless you have asked us not to, and promote Wedcreator’s photography and related services unless you have asked us not to.
We will not intentionally use your photographs in a misleading, defamatory or inappropriate manner.
6. MARKETING EMAILS
If you choose to receive marketing communications from Wedcreator, we may use your email address to send information about photography services, digital wedding albums, wedding products, special offers, promotions, new services, wedding photography ideas and tips, events and announcements, and other Wedcreator products and services.
Marketing emails are separate from emails necessary to manage your booking or provide the services you have purchased.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email or by contacting us.
7. SERVICE RELATED COMMUNICATIONS
Even if you do not subscribe to marketing emails, we may still contact you when necessary to provide the services you have requested.
This may include booking confirmations, photography appointment information, album updates, delivery information, payment information, important service announcements, and responses to your enquiries.
These communications are related to your existing relationship with Wedcreator and are not the same as promotional marketing emails.
8. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Wedcreator takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information and photographs from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss.
Photographs and information may be stored using secure computers, storage systems, cloud services or other technology required to provide our services.
Access may be provided to Wedcreator staff, photographers or trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to perform the services.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us.
9. THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
To provide our services, we may use trusted third party providers for purposes such as cloud storage, digital album hosting, website hosting, photo processing, printing, payment processing, email delivery, and website and technology services.
We may provide these providers with only the information reasonably necessary for them to perform their services.
Wedcreator does not sell or rent your personal information.
10. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We may retain your information and photographs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services you purchased, maintain business and transaction records, provide access to digital albums where applicable, resolve disputes or enquiries, meet legal or regulatory requirements, protect our business interests, and maintain photographs that have been authorised for portfolio or marketing purposes.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, destroy or anonymise it, subject to applicable legal or business requirements.
11. YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS
You may contact Wedcreator if you would like to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent for marketing emails, request that your photographs no longer be used for future portfolio or promotional purposes, or ask questions about how your photographs are being used.
We will handle requests in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection requirements.
Please understand that withdrawing permission for future use does not necessarily mean that materials already printed, distributed or published can be recalled.
12. YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS ARE YOUR MEMORIES
We understand that wedding and family photographs are personal and meaningful.

We may feature selected photographs taken by Wedcreator on our website, portfolio, social media and online advertising.
IF YOU PREFER COMPLETE PRIVACY
Just let us know.
We will respect your wishes and will not feature your photographs in our portfolio, online marketing, social media or advertising.
Your privacy choice will not affect the photography or album services we provide to you.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Wedcreator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices or applicable laws.
The latest version will be made available through our website.
